we ship worldwide!

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from your order dates. We ship Monday-Friday.

Domestic shipment (shipments in Finland) is FREE for orders over 95 e.

International shipment is free for orders over 195e.

 

Smaller orders will be shipped by tracked letter, larger orders with tracked packages.

Shipments in Finland with

MATKAHUOLTO and POSTI

Shipments rest of the world with

POSTI international, POSTNORD, UPS.

Finland 3-5 workdays
EU + non-EU countries 5-8 workdays
United Kingdom 5-8 workdays
United States 7-10 workdays
Canada 7-10 workdays
Australia 7-10 workdays

Please not shipment times are always estimates. Shipments are calculated from workdays; they do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipment times may vary depending on the destination country.

The shipping times stated are estimates and excluding the order processing time which is usually 1-3 workdays. Once a package leaves our hands it is at the mercy of the carrier service. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, or damages during transport. If something unfortunate happens, we will do our best to resolve the situation as amicable as possible.

 

The buyer is responsible for all country import tax and duties. These import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price and calculated upon arrival to the country of destination.

If you have any concerns or questions before ordering, please contact us before.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to issue store credits if your order is returned within 14 days of the issued fabrics due to fault or damage of the actual product when it arrived.


All returns must be unused and in original condition, that being the same condition they arrived to you in, otherwise a store credit cannot be offered. If you believe your item to be faulty, we are able to offer you a store credit once we receive your item and reach the same conclusion.

Custom orders are customised to meet the specific needs of each client and are non-returnable.

At this stage, being a small business, we cannot offer exchanges or exchanges for change of mind. We can offer a store credit if the item is faulty, or if there is a reason you are unhappy with it. See above for details.
